Using the internet from your mobile phone is very easy - and most phones come with the correct settings already on their phones.

However, it is only recently that it has become standard for phones to come with the correct settings and older phones often need to have the settings sent to them by the operator.

Getting the settings is very easy - there are two ways you can get them:

  1. you can ring your operator (normally dial 150 from your phone) and ask them to send internet settings to your phone.
  2. you can visit the website for your operator and there should be a section to send the settings to your phone.
